1. Hours of Operation
- We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
- Delivery on Public Holidays may be arranged according to delivery policy of each country

2. Prices / Payment Procedure
- We accept payment through Visa / Master Card / Pay Pal
- Prices are subject to change during festive seasons such as Valentine's Day, Chinese New Year, Easter, Mother's Day, Christmas, and other big festive (please take note,price increase will be indicated upon checkout page)
- Upon succesful order, you will recieve an email confirmation

3. Delivery Time
- During festive seasons such as Valentine's Day, Chinese New Year, Easter, Mother's Day, Christmas, and other big festive. The delivery time may be streched however be rest assured the order will be delivered on the specific date stated unless it is stated otherwise
4. Delivery Charge
- Delivery charges will be indicated upon checkout
- In the event of non-delivery order due to incorrect details or recipient is not at the location of delivery,a re-delivery charges will be imposed for each subsequent delivery
5. Alcohol Products
- By purchasing Alcohol related products from FlowerAdvisor,sender certify that the recipient are of legal drinking age
- FlowerAdvisor reserves the right to do age verification upon deliver the product(s) if recipients are found to be below the legal drinking age
6. Cancellation of Orders
- Cancellation of orders must be made at least 3 days before date of delivery
- A 50% charge will be levied for cancellations made less than 3 days notices
- Non-delivery due to incorrect details will be treated as order withheld and no refund will be made. However, you will be contected to make an alternative arrangement
- Cancellation policy will differ during peak seasons
7. Subtitution
- Flower Advisor reserves the right to subtitute any item in an arrangement with another of equal or higher value depending on stock availability
- While it is our desire to fulfill your order as featured on the website,certain coloured materials,baskets or vases may be replaced with new stocks at times, subject to availability
8. Change of Particulars
- Changes to particulars such as address, card message, and all details related to delivery must be made at least 1 day before delivery
9. Exchanges / Refunds
- All goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable
- In the event of a complaint, please email the picture of the gift within 24 hours from the time recieved
- Flower Advisor and its management promises to look into each case and reserves the right to the conclusion
10. Essential Information
- Please be informed that all complaints must be made within 24 hours of delivery for full replacement or refund of the purchase price should the product or services be found to be defective in terms of workmanship or quality
